Bob Dylan: Scarlet Town, 16 Different Live versions (Video & Audio)

Scarlet Town is one of the best songs from Tempest. It was  also one of four songs he has performed live each night on the “2013 US Spring Tour”…. well he did actually drop Scarlet one evening and replaced it with Workingman’s Blues #2 – this was at Assembly Hall – University Of Illinois – Champaign, Illinois – 25 April 2013.

  3. i´m still strugglin with tempest last 4 songs including scarlet town, i´ve got to listen to the lyrics closely, cause english in not my native language, but musicly i think the songs are a little boring. The good news is that bob is allowing is guitar players to play some solos instead of just licks, a very good all along the w., but it looks or sounds that the man is back with is vocal changin tones, wich sometimes gives a strange melody to the songs and sometimes take the melody out of the songs. Anyhow i´ve enjoyed it, just hope he starts playing new songs for the rest of the year. i´ve got my tickets for some november shows and most of all i´m glad the man is still playin.
