Hope that you have a great concert next month. I’ve been wishing that he would have a broader tour this year that would include the states…I have to say that the Summertime in England / Common One on this show is one of the most emotional and heartfelt jams of this band that he had in ’89. Next closest was when he had PeeWee Ellis. By far though, one of his best live shows recorded that is out there on YT that I have seen. Montreux in 80 is hot also…

We’re going to “Notodden Blues Festival” early August & VM is playing!… So I’m in a period of watching & listening to a lot of VM (& Neil Young – concert in Bergen Norway coming up the week after VM). And I need to share some of this wonderful music..
I guess there will be a lot of VM & NY posts @ JV the coming weeks 🙂
