Bob Dylan: 5 Great live versions of “One Too Many Mornings” (audio & video)

Down the street the dogs are barkin’
And the day is a-gettin’ dark
As the night comes in a-fallin’
The dogs’ll lose their bark
An’ the silent night will shatter
From the sounds inside my mind
For I’m one too many mornings
And a thousand miles behind

An’ a thousand miles behind

  1. mr. keltner behind the drums of the 2002 version… how come?
was he part of the band… for a while…?
    does anyone know?

    1. Jim stood in for George Recile who was recovering from a hand injury. Jim played in a few European shows

      1. thanks steve! […yes, now i remember. i’ve read about his hand inhury somewhere before…
but i lost it and could not make the connection …]

  2. God, when will the Supper Club see the light of day. Just this five minute clip makes me starve for the full thing. Queen Jane best version ever? I’m 62 and not getting any younger. Sooner, rather than later, please. Thanks for these uploads. Much appreciated.
