Bob Dylan: a year has gone – month by month since May 2014
We’ve had a great Bob Dylan year and it is time to look at some of the highlights. We have posted almost more than 600 (closer to 700) posts about Bob Dylan, so, it has been hard to distill this into one or two highlights per month from the last year (from May 24 2014 to May 24 2015).

Bob Dylan’s The Basement Tapes Complete: The Bootleg Series Vol. 11 was released on November 4. Compiled from meticulously restored original tapes – many found only recently – this historic six-disc set is the definitive chronicle of the artist’s legendary 1967 recording sessions with members of his touring ensemble who would later achieve their own fame as The Band.

It’s been an amazing year for Bob Dylan–thank you for summing it up for easy reference. I’ll save this post and study it at leisure. Happy to discover your blog. We’re lucky to still have Bob with us and still singing. What a rare artist and wise man he is.
